May, Arionna Trinity
Arionna Trinity May, 5, of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010, at St. Luke's Hospital. Services: 1 p.m. Sunday at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. Dr. Walter May Jr. Family will greet friends from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her parents; brothers, Drakkar Pues of Milwaukee, Wis., Tayvian May, Braedan Sweney and Golyfe May, all of Cedar Rapids; maternal grandmother, Cheryl Slaughter of Cedar Rapids; paternal grandparents, the Rev. Dr. Walter (Doris) May Jr. of Cedar Rapids and Asenath Washington of Phoenix, Ariz.; great-grandparents, Frances B. Scott of Cedar Rapids, Helan Anderson of Cedar Rapids, Easco (Ethel) Newsome of Milwaukee, Wis., and Luverta Bryant of Phoenix, Ariz.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Howard Slaughter.
Arionna was born Dec. 2, 2004, the daughter of Eric May and Kelli Slaughter, in Iowa City, Iowa. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
