Maxine Lillian Peska, 90, of Tama, passed away Friday, Feb. 27, 2015, at Premier Estates of Toledo. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama, with Deacon Joe Behounek officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Tama. Visitation will be before the service Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Survivors include one daughter, Sharon (Rick) Huseboe of Marshalltown; one son, Darrell (Deb) Peska of Toledo; one granddaughter, Nannette (Phil) Beddow of Springfield, Va.; two grandsons, Dustin (Sam) Peska of Tama and Derriss (Ashley) Peska of Cedar Rapids; three great-grandchildren, Zechary Beddow, Lakyr and Kinnyk Peska; one sister, Marilyn (Jim) Huff of Muscatine; and several nieces and nephews.
