Maxine Eby, 87, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, following a sudden illness. Private family services will be Saturday afternoon, Feb. 28, with interment in the
Scotch Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 until 7 p.m. Friday at Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello.

Surviving are her husband, Harold; her daughter, Sally (David) Siebels; and two grandchildren, Theresa (Jason Paulson) Siebels and Justin (Amber McElmeel) Siebels, and two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Tanner Felton, all of Monticello.
