Matthews, Michael Lynn
Michael Lynn Matthews, 60, of Maud, Texas, died Friday, June 4, 2010, at his home. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 24, at Troy Mills Christian Church, Troy Mills, Iowa. Burial will be at a later date at St. Fredloins Cemetery, Anoka, Minn.
Michael was born May 7, 1950, in Minneapolis, son of Charles and Marilyn Matthews. He was a retired machinist at Red River Army Depot, and Air Force and National Guard veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Kay (Sturtz) Matthews of Maud; daughter and son-in-law, Milinda and Steve Kelley of Texarkana, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Aaron and Tina Matthews of Maud; his parents, Charles and Marilyn Matthews of Big Lake, Minn.; and sister and brother-in-law, Audrey and Bruce Harrod of Colcord, Okla.
