Mary Wells, 68, of Rogersville, Tenn., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died at home Saturday, May 6, 2017. A memorial gathering will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 25, at Jones Park Oak Pavilion, located off Wilson Avenue SW in Cedar Rapids (take the first left; the pavilion will be at
the end of the dead end road).
Surviving are her children, Jamie Wells (Brian Parkhill) and Joseph (Abagail) Wells; brothers, Charlie Visek and Joe Visek; sister, Jean Hult; granddaughter, Chelse Cole; great-grandson, Tyler Wells; and great-granddaughter, Zoey Wells.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Visek; mother, Lucille Visek; and daughter, April Wells.
Mary retired from Apac Customer Services and liked to paint and collect dragons. She also enjoyed having house plants and spending time with family and friends!
Mary was a great mother and will be missed by many!
