Mary Ann Prohaska, 33, of Coralville, died at her home Saturday, June 21, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 26, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City, with burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery in Solon, Iowa. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her memory.

Mary Ann Prohaska was born Feb. 27, 1981, in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of Edward Rodkey and Donna Mae Prohaska. She attended Iowa City Schools, graduating with the class of 1999. She had always a gift when it came to the computer, she spent hours tackling a problem and solving it in the end. She enjoyed her cat, Tiger, watching TV, movies, playing cards, doing her nails in multi-color polish, walking in downtown
Iowa City, but most of all, her family meant the world to her.
Her family includes her mother, Donna Johnson of Coralville; father, Edward Rodkey of Biloxi, Miss.; sister, Amanda Prohaska (Sheldon Evans) of Coralville; their children, Xayvion Evans-Prohaska and Donte Prohaska; cousins, Bonnie Kinney, Patti Fields, William Kinney, Carrie Salvage, Clinton Eakes, Francis Frauenholtz Jr and Carolyn Eakes; aunt, Ruth Frauenholtz; and her uncle, Francis Prohaska.
