Mary Koster Bocock, 82, of Marion, Iowa, passed away on Nov. 18, 2022, at St. Luke's Hospital. She has donated her body to The University of Iowa Deeded Body Program, and according to her wishes no service will be held.
Mary was born on June 27, 1940, in Clarion, Iowa, to William J. and Leona (Damman) Koster. She graduated form Rockwell-Swaledale High School.
Mary is survived by her five children, Wendy McGrew of Cedar Rapids, Rob Cagley (Som) of Iowa City, David Miner (Connie) of Dysart, Amanda Bocock of Pleasant Hill and Michael Bocock of Cedar Rapids; four grandchildren, Jamison Vurciaga, Alex Miner, Lindsey Miner and Declan Baker; and two siblings, Doris Naney, of Windsor, Colo., and Dean Koster of Iowa City.
She was proceeded in death by siblings, Jean Fluhrer, Helen Biretz, John Koster and Karen Hennigar.
