She was united in marriage to Bob Dale on Dec. 29, 1956, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and enjoyed a long and loving marriage.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, along with her parents, brothers Joe (Claire) and Carroll; and sister, Margaret Ann Knitig.
Betty was a longtime member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, where she sang in the choir and volunteered with funeral dinners.
She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Nelson and the staff at Mercy Hospital for their kind and compassionate care of Mom. Please leave a message for the family on our webpage, www.cedarmemorial.com
She will be in our hearts forever, and as Betty would say, "Glad you got to see me!"
