Mary Ann Horak, 82, of Riverside, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017, at her residence.
Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 3, at St. James Catholic Church in Washington, with Father Bernie Weir officiating. Calling hours will begin at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 2, at Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the rosary will be recited at 1:30 p.m. and the family will receive friends from 1:30 to 5 p.m. Interment will take place in Elm Grove Cemetery, Washington.
Memorials have been established for Iowa City Hospice or St. James Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Clifford Horak of Washington; six children, Peg Rogers of Washington, Cheryl Horak of Cedar Rapids, Jon Horak and wife Lindsey of Wellman, James Horak and wife Tammi of Riverside, Sue Donaldson and husband Brian of Wellman, and Jerry Horak of Riverside; eight grandchildren; two sisters; one brother; her in-laws, Dale and Patricia (Horak) Bruegge of Washington; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
