Mark David Reiling, 54, of Cedar Rapids, died Dec. 29, 2017, in his home. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7, at Calvary Foursquare Church, 111 Highway 38 North, Tipton. In honor of Mark's memory, please dress casually. A memorial fund in Mark's memory has been established. Online condolences may be shared at www.fryfuneralhome.com.
Mark was born Nov. 3, 1963, in Davenport, Iowa, to Virtus and Joanne (Murphy) Reiling. He graduated from Clarence-Lowden High School in 1982. Mark went to Lincoln Tech School in Des Moines. He worked as a mechanic, welder and machinist. He loved to watch the Hawkeyes, play cards, and he always was very kind.
Survivors include his daughter, Kalynn; his mother, Joanne of rural Clarence; and sisters, Rhonda (Bob) Paul and Susan (Mark) Johnson, both of Tipton. He was preceded in death by his father, Virtus Reiling.
