Marjorie Ida Garrison, 91, a longtime resident of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2015, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, after a short illness. Services: 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Cedar Rapids. Family will greet friends from noon until service time. Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Marjorie was born Nov. 5, 1923, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She worked at Rockwell Collins for 31 years. She was a mother at Mount Zion Missionary Church.
