In the blink of an eye, the life of Marie Ann Richmond, 43, came to an abrupt end on Monday evening, Feb. 12, 2018. Visitation will be held at the Monti Community Center, 2854 Washington Ave., Masonville, Iowa, on Thursday, Feb. 22, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, Feb. 23, at 10:30 a.m. at the Cedar Rapids Seventh-day Adventist Church, 4401 42nd St. NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Survivors include her husband, Jay; and their six children, David J., Arthur, Tannabelle, Cody, Horatio and Kenneth, all of Winthrop, Iowa; her parents, Arthur and Edna Wickman of Ryan, Iowa; her mother-in-law, Sandra (Bill) Golightly of Hiawatha, Iowa; her brothers, Galen (Dana) of Lisbon, Iowa, Roger (Jennifer) of Dubuque, Iowa, and Colin of Anamosa, Iowa; and her sisters, Laura (John) Williams of Wheatland, Iowa, and Julie (Mark) Deutmeyer of Marengo, Iowa. Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles also survive Marie.
Her grandparents; her father-in-law, Glenn Richmond; and a dear friend, Melissa Opfer; preceded her in death.
