Margie M. Buhr, 80, of Marion, passed away Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017, in her home.
No services are planned.
Survivors include her son, Tony; grandchildren, Shawn Buhr, Brenda Douglas, Anthony (Jessica) Douglas and Matthew Paananen; great-grandchildren, Hayden Bean, Isabella and Elijah Douglas; and sisters, Mary Langerman, Nancy (Jack) Letzring and Carol Wiltsey.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arlen; son, Terry Allen Buhr; and daughter, Theresa Ann Crane.
Margie Mae Cummings was born May 30, 1937, in Maynard, Iowa, the daughter of Roland and Merle (Clow) Cummings. She graduated from Maynard High School and, on March 12, 1954, she married Arlen R. Buhr in Westgate, Iowa. Margie worked for Rockwell Collins for over 25 years until retirement.
