Margaret Marie Schultz, 92, formerly of Corvallis, Ore., currently living in Cedar Rapids, died Friday, Feb. 13, 2015, at North-brook Manor Care Center. Private burial will be in Dysart Cemetery, Dysart. Teahen Funeral Home is serving the family.
Margaret is survived by three sisters, Marilyn Benishek of Brooklyn, Ona (Lawrence) Danker of Cedar Rapids and Shirley (Raymond) Larsen of Grinnell; a sister-in-law, Joan Schultz of Cedar Rapids; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Bette Schultz, and three brothers, William, John and Denton Schultz.
Margaret was born Sept. 20, 1922, in Bryant, S.D., the daughter of William J. and Emma Pauls Schultz. Margaret was a World War II and Korean conflict veteran in the United States Navy Waves. She was employed by Chevron Oil for 27 years before retiring in 1987.
