MARGARET "MAGGIE" HEBERT

Margaret "Maggie" D. Hebert passed away Dec. 16, 2016, in Cedar Rapids.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23, at Cedar Memorial Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, at Cedar Memorial State Room. Interment will be in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Maggie was born July 5, 1945, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Francis and Leta Steepy. She graduated in 1963 from Marion High School and worked at Rockwell Collins for 40 years.
Maggie was a beloved mom, sister, grandma, great-grandma, aunt and friend. She dearly loved her family and friends and was a true animal lover. Her pet kitty cat Montana misses her greatly.
Rest peacefully sweetheart. You will forever be in our hearts and we will cherish your memory always.
Mom will be dearly missed by her son, Kevin Hebert (Debbra) of Solon; her daughter, Julie (Hebert) Tarvin (Dan) of Iowa City; her sister, Oriene Prescott (Tom) of Fairfax; brother, Richard Heineman of Clarksville, Ind.; grandchildren, Drew Hebert (Jennifer), Brittany Browning (Craig), Connor, Brooke, Samantha, Ethan, Nicholas, Jesse, Jennifer and Brett (Cara); great-grandchildren, Aquira, Aunika and Talyn; and nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Mercy and the Cedar Valley Humane Society.
