Margaret Landuyt, 91, of Marengo, formerly of Victor, died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016, at Rose Haven Nursing Home in Marengo with her family by her side.
Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Brooklyn with Father Corey Close presiding. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Brooklyn.
Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Smith Funeral Home, where the family will be present to greet friends from 5 to 8 p.m. A rosary will be at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be designated to the Margaret Landuyt Memorial Fund, mailed c/o Smith Funeral Home, P.O. Box 485, Victor, IA 52347.

Margaret is survived by her children, Betty (Bob) O'Mara of Cedar Rapids, Charles (Patricia) Landuyt of Solon, Camiel (Marcia) Landuyt of Grinnell, Beverly (Bill) Bartachek of Chelsea, Calvin (Cindy) Landuyt of Chelsea and Brenda (Dennis) Herzberg of Marengo; 19 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 22 great- great-grandchildren.
