Memorial service: 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 5, Garrison United Methodist Church. Private interment: Garrison Cemetery. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Vinton.
