Madonna E. Anderson, 76, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 24, 2020, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha. There will be no memorial services. Cedar Memorial is assisting the family.
She is survived by her son, Douglas Anderson of Cedar Rapids; sister, Marlene Hron of Cresco; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Madonna was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James D. Anderson; sisters, Evelyn Moriarty and Arlene Hron; and brother, Wilmer Pecinovsky.
Madonna Anderson was born June 7, 1944, the daughter of John and Caroline (Lukes) Pecinovsky. Madonna enjoyed reading, playing the slots, having coffee and visiting with her neighbors and watching her game shows.
