Lynda L. Williams, 72, of Marion, died Friday, March 18, 2016, at UnityPoint-St. Luke's Hospice unit. Lynda requested no services, so the family asks that you catch a fish in her memory.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry; children, Teresa (Tim) Sackett, James (Mickie) Williams and Jill Kreitman; brother, Ron (Jean) Shaw; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Lynda was born Oct. 29, 1943, in Manchester, Iowa, the daughter of James and Dorothy (Diercksen) Shaw. On Nov. 17, 1962, she married Jerry Williams.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
