Lurel "Jean" Webber, 90, of Madisonville, Ky., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018. Services at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Burial at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday.
