Lumir Joseph Vondracek, 97, of Ely, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023, at Hallmark Care Center in Mount Vernon. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 20, at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Cedar Rapids, where military rites will be conducted. Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids is in charge of arrangements.
