William P. “Bill” Ludwig, 77, of 203 Fifth St. SE, Farley, died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2010, at 4:20 p.m. at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque. Services for Bill will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Farley. Friends and relatives of Bill may call from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday at Reiff Funeral Home in Farley.
