Lucille M. Kremenak, 91, a resident of Winslow House Care Center, died there Thursday, May 11, 2017. Graveside service: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids, is in charge of arrangements,
Survivors include her children, Ben (Leilani) and Katheryn (Ken) Reed, both of Cedar Rapids, Richard (Darla) of Buffalo, Mo., and Merrie (Chilo) Garcia of Tama. She also is survived by nine grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; three great-great- grandchildren; and an aunt, Dorothy Morrison of California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a son, Fred.
Lucille was born June 29, 1925, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Ray and Hazel West Billue. She married Ben J. Kremenak Sr. on April 14, 1942, in Cedar Rapids. Ben passed away in 1997.
Lucille was a homemaker and always was there to help anyone who needed it. She enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, going for rides in the country and crocheting afghans. Lucille especially enjoyed the time spent with her beloved family.
Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.
