Louis Dale Klingman, 89,
of Manchester, passed away Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017, at Edgewood Convalescent
Home in Edgewood.
Survivors include his two children, Kathy (Reed) Rhines of Manchester and Kent
(John Reinheimer) Klingman of Cedar Rapids; and two grandchildren, Trever Rhines of Oelwein and Haley (Gunnar Grimm) Rhines of Coggon.
