Lorraine L. (Struve) Steinford, 94, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019, at the Keystone Nursing Care Center.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, at Evergreen Cemetery in Vinton. Visitation will be held from noon to 2:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel (212 E. 6th St.) in Vinton.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for Hospice Compassus.
