Lori Lynne Swain, 69, of Anamosa, Iowa, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 5, 2025, at the Anamosa Care Center following a long and courageous battle with dementia.
Born on January 18, 1956, Lori was one of three daughters of Constance “Connie” Elaine Lloyd and Marvin Charles Brodersen. She was a woman of many interests and a passionate collector who found joy in crafting, painting, and embracing the beauty of the natural world. Lori loved watching hummingbirds from her deck, foraging for asparagus and mushrooms, fishing, stargazing, and exploring her wooded property in search of rocks and artifacts.
Lori’s family will honor her memory with a celebration of life to be held at a later time.
