Linda Sue McKinney, 65, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, June 9, 2017, at Evergreen Estates in Cedar Rapids. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Linda was born Dec. 9, 1951, the daughter of Dick and Iva (Scholl) McKinney, in Mason City. She enjoyed many hobbies, including playing cards, bingo and trips to the casinos. She had a great love for her cats, but most of all her friends and family.
Survivors include her siblings, Patricia (Bill) Mann, Richard (Cheryl) McKinney, Donald (Pam) McKinney and Thomas (Linda Douglas) McKinney; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Barbara Hayes.
