Linda Hall, 73, died Friday, July 7, 2023, at the Anamosa Care Center following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 12, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Monticello, with interment in the Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the church. Surviving are her four sons, Rowdy (Jaclyn), Cedar Rapids, Dustin and Brandon of Monticello, and Ryan (Katie) of Anamosa; 12 grandchildren, Gannon, Reid, Jayce, Lily, Grace, William, Ashlynn, Tate, Miles, Liam, Bobbi and Clay; a brother, Bob (Janine) Bossard and his sister, Ruth Cox, both of Monticello.
She was preceded by her parents and a brother, Rick.
Linda M. Bossard was born May 16, 1950, at Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She was the daughter of Rudy and Thelma Ree, Bossard. She graduated from the Monticello Community Schools in 1968. She worked at the Hollywood Inn in Monticello. On May 1, 1971, Linda married William Hall Jr. at Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The couple later started Hall Construction and Linda did the bookkeeping for the business. Linda gave birth to four sons, but raised five being married to Redjack.
The family would like to thank Above and Beyond Hospice and Kay Burch and especially Jane Tuetken for all the extra special care she gave to Linda.
