Linda G. Pattison, 76, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at her home. Linda will be laid to rest with her son Kristopher at Floral Memory Gardens, Albany, Ga., Teahen Funeral Home of Cedar Rapids is assisting the family.
Linda was born on Jan. 21, 1945, in Albany, Ga., the daughter of Auburn and Nadine Culbreth. She moved to Cedar Rapids, where she raised her family and worked at Quaker Oats for almost 39 years, retiring in 2009.
Linda loved antiquing and spending time working in her garden tending to her flowers, especially her roses. She was well known for the beautiful, detailed ceramics she created. Linda's heart was always filled with love for her family and her dogs: Molly, Randy, Sugar May, Sarge and Nikki.
Linda is survived by her children, Keith Pattison of Cedar Rapids and Kirk (Jenny) Pattison of Rock Island, Ill.; grandchildren, Sara (Kyle) Holtgraves of Greenwood, Mo., Taylor Pattison of Raytown, Mo., Chase Pattison of Lee's Summit, Mo., Aaron (Amanda) McCombs of Davenport and Kale Pattison; great-grandchild, Ethan McCombs; and sister, Caroline Godfrey of Monroe, La.
Linda was preceded in death by her son, Kristopher Pattison; parents, Auburn and Nadine Culbreth; sisters, Patricia and Nancy Culbreth; and brothers, Allen and Hershel Culbreth.
