Linda J. Carter, 61, lifelong resident of the Tiffin area, died Saturday, June 20, 2015, at her home with her family by her side. A time for family and friends to remember and share Linda's life will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her memory.
