Libbie Ann Krug, 100, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at Lakeview Village, in Amana. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 6, 2023, at St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Atkins, with Rev. Jeff Schanbacher officiating. A memorial fund has been established. Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Libbie was united in marriage to Delbert Krug and of this union, they had five daughters. She is survived by her children, Pat (Rad) Fish, Ronda (Randy) Hess, Liberta (Charlie) Ledder and Della Krug; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a son-in-law, Kenneth Schatz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Krug; a daughter, Janice Schatz; her parents, Wesley and Anna (Hynek) Cerveny; a brother, Wesley Cerveny; and two sisters, Bessie Cerveny and Agnes Becicka.
