Liang Visek, 76, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. Services will be held Thursday, October 3, 2024, 12:00 pm at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories, 4200 1st Ave. NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am at The Chapel. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Survivors include her loving husband Danny Visek, two sons, Oroth Sid Baccam (Noly Ashley Baccam), Vongkhot Alex Baccam (Khamkou Sonmesay) and daughter, Nocknoi Sylvie Baccam (Christopher Michael). Brothers include Khambong Baccam (Kham Phai) and Khamming Baccam (Inhkhiene). Also forever in her heart are the pride and joy of 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and over 21 nieces and nephews.
Liang was preceded in death by her parents, father Houang Baccam and mother Euil Baccam, loving younger brothers, Khamsack Baccam , Tuen Baccam , Noun Baccam and Viengkham Baccam.
Liang (Baccam) Visek was born June 22, 1948, to Hoang and Euil Baccam in Sonla, Vietnam.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the family.
