LeRoy A. Nickerson, 85, of Winthrop, Iowa, died on Friday, May 21, 2021, at the Buchanan County Health Center in Independence.
Funeral Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, at the Church of Christ United, Winthrop. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Fawcett-Schmitz Funeral Home, Winthrop, and for one hour before the service at the church on Wednesday.
There will be a graveside military service by the U.S. Army and the Patriot Honor Guard.
Interment: Fairview Cemetery, Winthrop.
