Leonard Allen Llewellyn, 82, of Washington, Iowa, died Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, following a three-month illness. Celebration of Life services will be 11
a.m. Friday, April 24, at the United Methodist Church, with Pastor Jim Stiles officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 a.m. Friday at the church. Masonic Lodge services will be at 9:45 a.m. Friday at the church. Interment, with military honors, will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.
Memorials have been established for the American Cancer Society or the United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Bess Llewellyn of Washington; daughter, Peggy Neff and husband Ken of Columbia, Mo.; son, David Llewellyn and wife Renee of Manchester, Mo.; and sister, Catherine McGlothlin of Weatherford, Texas.
