Leona Osterkamp, 84, died Friday, March 17, 2017, at her home following a sudden illness.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 23, at Wayne Zion Lutheran Church, rural Monticello, with interment in Wayne Zion Cemetery. Friends may call after noon Thursday at the church. Pastor Wade Reddy will officiate at the services. Goettsch Funeral Home Anamosa has been entrusted with Leona's care and services.

Surviving are seven children, Barbara (Steve) Licata, Dakota City, Lonald (Sheri) Osterkamp, Anamosa, Lucinda Stimson, Cedar Rapids, Angela Osterkamp, Maquoketa, Craig Osterkamp, Prairieburg, Ross Osterkamp, Clarence, and Marcy (Jeffery) Heims, Anamosa; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and one on the way; one great-great-granddaughter; and one sister, Marietta Gartland, Anamosa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence; a son-in-law, Greg Stimson; two grandsons, Ryan and Zacharah; five brothers and three sisters.
