Leona Mae Krezek, 87, of Clutier, passed away Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, Jan. 20, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church in Traer, with Father Ray Atwood as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery, rural Clutier. Visitation will be Monday, Jan. 19, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the church in Traer, with a vigil service and rosary at 7 p.m.
Survivors include her husband, Vernon, of 67 years; two daughters, Joleen (Mark) McCrary of Traer and Judy (Steve) Hook of Le Grand; one son, Randy (Judy) Krezek of Clutier; five grandchildren, Tami (Tim) Kruse, Todd McCrary, Ryan (Carrie) Hook, Jacey (Jason) Fischer and Jillisa (Chad) Halverson; 10 great- grandchildren; six sisters, Dorothy Adam of Clutier, Helen Zmolek of Traer, Albina Krizek of Waterloo, Martha Untiedt of Clutier and Maxine Yanda and Betty Krezek, both of Traer; and two brothers, Clarence (Sharon) Yuska of Toledo and Ronald (Ruth) Yuska of Tama.
