Leona Helen Waters, 89, of Shellsburg, formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away Monday, Nov. 23, 2020. The family will be having a Celebration of Life at 11 a.m. June 25, 2021 at the Mount Clark Cemetery in Central City, Iowa. Luncheon will follow immediately at the United Church of Christ Central City, Iowa.
