Hills
A Mass of Christian Burial for Leo R. Mellecker, 80, of Hills, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hills with Father Michael Spiekeremeier officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Stanislaus Cemetery in rural Hills. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, at the church with a rosary at 4 p.m. Leo R. Mellecker died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015, at Mercy Iowa City.
A memorial fund has been established for St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Hill's First Reponders and Lake Miami Conservation.
