Leo John LeClere, 82, of Cascade, Iowa, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023, at Accura HealthCare of Cascade. A visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, May 19, 2023, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Marion with graveside service to follow at Cedar Memorial Cemetery.
Leo was born on April 12, 1941, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Harold and Carmen (Miller) LeClere. He was a bricklayer. On April 12, 1994, Leo was united in marriage to Kimberly Waldrep in Cedar Rapids. Leo will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Leo is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife, Kim LeClere of Bernard, Iowa; daughter, Georgia (James) Bell of Fredericksburg, Va.; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Troy; and sister, Janet.
