Leesa Hays Bushnell, 61, of Mount Auburn, died Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at her home.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 16, at La Porte City Funeral Home, with family receiving friends one hour before the service.
Memorials may be directed to the family where a memorial fund will be established at a later date.
