Lee Mitchell, 72, of Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, at St. Luke's Living Center West. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 13, at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW in Cedar Rapids.
Lee is survived by his wife, Beverly; his children, Jeff (Angie) and Wendy Daugherty; grandchildren, Nick (Sam), Sarah, Ava, Abby, Derek and Skylar; two great-grandchildren, Alayna and Rylee; brothers, Ronald (Carol) Mitchell and Kenny LeVelle; and sister, Verna Dodson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Benny and Arnold; and a son, Ron.
