Ledger, Elva A.
Elva A. Ledger, 98, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Belle Plaine, died Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at her daughter's home in Cedar Rapids from complications of age. Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, at the Hrabak Funeral Home with Pastor Mel Kendall presiding. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
She is survived by a son, Charles (Arlene) Ledger of Belle Plaine; daughter, Janette (Bill) Thiessen of Cedar Rapids; brother, Orville “Bud” Moore of Blairstown; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Elva was preceded in death by husband, Fred; son, Ronald; and grandson, Rick.
