Laurie Ann Maker, 47, of Strawberry Point, died at her home in rural Strawberry Point on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2014.
Laurie is survived by Frank Coonrad of Strawberry Point; her two daughters, Nicole (Dustin Chettinger) Maker of Garber and Samantha (Landon Shaw) Maker of Strawberry Point; her parents, Darwin and Lauretta Jones of Arlington; two grandchildren, Tori and Paytin; and her mother-in-law, Grace Maker of Strawberry Point.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Maker; her brother, Darrin Jones in 2001; and her father-in-law, Ewald Maker in 1997.

Celebration of Life services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 1, at Arlington United Methodist Church, Arlington, by Pastor Julie Ahrens. Visitation: 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home, Strawberry Point. Friends also may call one hour before the service at the church on Monday. Burial: Cass Township Cemetery, Strawberry Point.
