Larsen, Frances Maurine
Frances Maurine Larsen, 93, of Washington, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at the United Presbyterian Home in Washington. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the United Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Bob Wollenberg officiating. Visitation will begin at noon Friday at Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.
Maurine is survived by her son, Willard Larsen and wife LeAnne of Camanche, Iowa; daughter, Margaret Meliza and husband Larry of Winter Park, Fla.; daughter, Beth Hochstetler and husband Will of Charlottesville, Va.; daughter, Barb Mineart and husband Joe of Marion, Iowa; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and nine stepgreat-grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, Jeanette Walker, Martha Ellis, Helen Larsen and Martha Larsen.
