Larry Lee Lacy, 78, of Cedar Rapids, passed away from a heart attack on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016.
He retired from Rockwell Collins after working there 37 years. He was born July 12, 1938, in North English, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Alta Lacy; and his brothers, Lloyd and Leonard Lacy.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy; a son; his daughter, Rhonda DeFrance (Dave DeFrance) of Webster; his daughter, Dani S. Lacy of Marion; two granddaughters, Lindsay Fry and Abbey Williams; and three great-grandsons. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Per his wishes, there will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
He enjoyed playing music at local care centers. He will be missed by all who knew him.
