LaRee Todd, 51, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Washington state, died Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Family and friends will gather for a Celebration of Life at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 3, at Palisades-Kepler State Park near Mount Vernon. (Take a right at the Y intersection, first picnic spot to the left near the beach. It will be marked by balloons.)
Survivors include a son, Ryan; sisters, Michelle (Tony) Jackson and Yvette Jackson-Bastin; her mother, Diane McBride; and niece, Isabella Bastin.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Floyd and Francis Gibson; and her father, Willard Sponaugle.
