Kyle Paul Roseberry, 25, of Hiawatha, Iowa, went home to the presence of God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ on Wednesday, June 6, 2018.
Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 8, 2018, at Maranatha Bible Church, 526 Third Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids. Additional visitation: 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, June 9, 2018, at the church. Celebration of Life: 10 a.m. Saturday, June 9, 2018, at the church, conducted by Pastor Aaron Telecky and Pastor Mark Moyer. Burial: Center Point Cemetery. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Kyle was born June 14, 1992, in Cedar Rapids, the son of David and Sandra (Brunscheen) Roseberry. He grew up in the Center Point-Alburnett area as well as Roscoe, Ill., and Uvalde, Texas. Kyle graduated from North Linn High School in Troy Mills in 2010. Kyle had been employed by Mercy Hospital, Penford Products Co., and UPS. He was a huge sports fan, especially of the New York Yankees. Kyle was fiercely loyal and known by all for having a huge, caring heart.
Kyle is survived by his father and step-mother, David and Michele (Irmen) Roseberry of Fairfax; siblings, Joshua (JoAnn) Barker of Hartford, Ill., Josh (Missy) Roseberry of Atkins, Dawn Pershy of Walker, Roger Roseberry of Center Point, Lindsay Barker of Cedar Rapids, Micky Roseberry of Center Point, Blake Roseberry of Santa Clarita, Calif., and Mariah Irmen, Makena Roseberry and Emily Irmen, all of Fairfax; grandmother, Bernice Brunscheen of Mechanicsville; nine nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; as well as best friend, Morgan Bortz.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Roseberry; and grandparents, Paul and Bernita Roseberry and Alvin Brunscheen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Heartland Youth for Christ, 2600 First Ave. NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405.
