Kyle Michael Kellison, 24, of Marion, died Wednesday, June 24, 2015. Memorial services: 1 p.m. Monday, June 29, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Marion. Visitation: 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 28, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Marion.
Survivors include his parents, Michael J. and Lisa M. (Harmening) Kellison of Marion; his sister, Jenny (Jason) LeVelle of Cedar Rapids; his grandfather, Virgil Kellison of Hiawatha; his grandparents, Steven and Kathleen Harmening of Marion and Harold and Mary Hensel of Mount Vernon; nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Benjamin, Kendyl, and Nikolas; and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margaret Kellison, and his baby girl.
Kyle was born Oct. 30, 1990, to Michael J. and Lisa M. (Harmening) Kellison, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He graduated from Marion High School. Kyle enjoyed cooking, Frisbee golf, bowling and "kickin' it with his friends." He loved his parents, family, friends and his dog, Brutis. Kyle loved playing video games and also loved to laugh and joke around, especially about "putting the biscuit on the patty."
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be directed to the family.
