Kyarsgaard, Louis D.
Louis D. Kyarsgaard, 102, of Maquoketa, died on Sunday afternoon, Aug. 23, 2009, at the Jackson County Regional Health Center in Maquoketa.
A celebration of his life will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday from the Carson & Son Funeral And Cremation Services in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday from the Carson & Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa. Burial will be at the Mount Hope Cemetery, Maquoketa, at a later date.
Louis is survived by children, Leon "Bud" (Louise) Kyarsgaard of Monmouth, Jean (Melvin) Duhme of Zwingle and Eloise (Darrel) Larson of Marion; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
