Kruger, Kraig
Kraig Kruger, 48, of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010. Services at a later date. Arrangements by Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his father, Ray Kruger and brother, Kurt Kruger, both of Cedar Rapids; sisters, Kim Kruger of Cedar Rapids and Julie Kruger of Davenport; children, Stacey Baird, Raymond Halstead and Tina Halstead, all of Fayetteville, Ark., and Tracie Baird of Vinton; and several grandchildren.
Kraig was born Jan. 11, 1962, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Raymond and Sharon Kruger. He graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1980, where he was an outstanding football player. He then served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Kraig worked as a roofer.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon.
